Regretfully, we are closed to accepting new patients. Family members of current patients can fill out a new patient request form, but we cannot guarantee a spot in our practice. With the recent retirement of several doctors in the community, we are past our capacity to care for more patients. In order to give current patients good access to our care, we have to be strict with the number of new patients we bring into our practice. We always accept babies of current patients (no request form needed).
